Project planning consists of identifying the project tasks, milestones, deliverables, obstacles and performing contingency planning.  Project tasks and milestones are scheduled, reviewed and approved by the client prior to project implementation. Any deviation from the project plan is discussed with the client and must be pre-approved before any action is taken.  It is extremely important that the project plan is continually updated to avoid project delays and resource allocation deficits.

Daily project briefings are essential to a successful project enabling the project teams to share implementation solutions.  Project briefings can be accomplished as a teleconference so that all ISPI core staff members remain current with all projects.  As a result, any core staff member can be sent to any project work site and immediately become a contributing member of that project team.

Delivering the highest quality product is a result of our strong “on-site” project team philosophy. ISPI realizes that a quality product is dependent on a strong team that is able to make solid decisions.  Solid decision making is much more efficient and effective when the project staff is on-site touching and witnessing the project as it is implemented.
